Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, new releases), processing may take longer.
Shipping Fees
- Economy Shipping = Free for orders over $50.00
- Standard Shipping = $7.99
- Expedited Shipping= $14.99
- Weight Surcharge = $20.00 for for orders weighing over 5 Pounds
Shipping Carriers & Methods
- We ship via UPS, USPS or Amazon Delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unmodified products in original packaging. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order items may be non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Fill out the Contact US Form with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions via email within 48 hours.
- Ship the item back to the address in the instructions using a trackable shipping method.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping charges, if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective merchandise.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
