1. Start by giving your oyster shell a good sanding with some sand paper

2. Wipe of any residue from sanding

3. Paint the base of your oyster shell white

4. Mark out a rectangle in the top left corner then paint it in blue

5. Let it dry, then start painting your small white stars

6. Add red stripes to complete your flag
